Hello
We facing a problem receiving calls on Android 3CX Client: all client are able to make call but few (5 of 12) receive the calls.
Our configuration is Pbx 3Cx Pro 16.0.4.493 while androids are 16.2.0.93.
We configured our own Firebase push account and all portable are provisioned with the correct and similar configurations.
The investigation done on android version was unsuccessful: no correlation with android because phone with the same version have different behaviors (one receive, the second doesn't).
At the end we found the problem related to extension: phone not working with a extension, start to work (receive calls) when it is provisioned with working extension.
We investigated in 3cxSystemService.log file and, on receiving calls, for working extension the log reports:
...|540|0036|Info|Sending PUSH to extension ... device .....
while for not receiving extensions the message is:
...|540|0013|Info|Push is disabled for extension ...
That could mean a different configuration between two extensions: but we checked option by option and working and not working extensions have the same configuration.
So we suspect an "hidden" option not exposed in the pbx configuration pages.
Any suggestion is welcome.
Thanks in advance.
Michele.
