3rd Party Call Logging/Reporting software?

Hi -

I was wondering if anyone had suggestions of 3rd party applications they use with the 3CX CDR service?

Ideally it would be an off-the shelf application/service (local install or cloud) that could hook into the 3CX's CDR service, pull the call data out and then allow more detailed custom reports to be generated.

any suggestions welcome.

Yes, I've already spoken to voiptools about an application they have called 'exporter' - that retrieves the CDR logs from 3CX and puts them in a database (SQL or MySQL) which you could then use to build your own reports.

Its an option, and theoretically a good one - but I was hoping there might be an application that had the report generation front-end already in place.

We use TIM Enterprise from Tri-Line http://www.tri-line.com

Full support for 3CX, very quick install. Provides nice HTML interface for call logs and reports.

Their support is very good too.
