I'm in the process of Migrating firewalls from some old Zywalls to new Sonicwall's and I'm having some really strange issues in calls between my two office sites.
Our Setup is two separate 3CX's hosted on each site, we then have a tunnel connection made between, so in testing via the sonicwall's on each site both systems work fine independently inbound and outbound call's plus the Firewall check on the 3cx itself passes. Now the Tunnel between sites also registers up and working. Site A is the master and Site B the Remote, when testing intersite this is where I get the forbidden messages.
Site B (Remote) can call Site A extensions without issue and can even route calls from its Sip Trunk to it.
Site A (Master) Can't Call Site B all calls shows as Forbidden, but I get a missed call alert on Site B for the failed call as "Missed" and I see the call in 3cx logs.
So it seems like the traffic is flowing correctly, but when I swap back to the old Zywall it all works fine.
Has anyone got and ideas or rabbit holes I can explore.
