403 Forbidden to carrier after 3CX failed attempt to forward inbound call

Hello,

I have an Inbound rule that forwards inbound calls to an external number.
When the external number refuses to take the call (603 Decline received by 3CX), 3CX then sends a 403 Forbidden to the initial inbound call leg.

Do you know if we can change this behaviour ? Can we send a Busy instead of a 403 to the initial caller ?

Server : debian on 3CX v18.0 (Build 908)
