Your outbound rules seems to not be working as the system cannot build a target for the 7xxxxxxx number. What do they look like?

Also, is the patton configured using the 3cx template?

For Outbound calls, if the call you are referring to is the one destined to number 7xxxxxx then Frederick is right, it looks like an Outbound Rule issue. Make sure that your Outbound Rules have been set to match these types of calls and that they are in the correct order. You might want to take a look our training material that covers Outbound routing here: https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/videos/advanced/configuring-outbound-routing/

If however you are referring to the call for which you have received the "503 Service Unavailable" message then the call has left 3CX but the Gateway/Provider responded with that error meaning you will have to check the Gateway side and determine why it is responding with that message. If this is the case and 192.168.1.198 is the Gateway then first thing to do is to make sure it is running a 3CX Supported firmware, has been factory reset and then was configured with the 3CX Default template.

To configure, do make sure that you have followed our guide: https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/patton-sn4940-sn4950-sn4960/

Regarding Inbound calls, there is nothing in the provided log indicating that they have reached the 3CX PBX, so again, you would have to check the Gateway side.
