Hello
We are trying to setup VoIP clients on our staff's mobile phones
Because they are traveling abroad a lot, almost all numbers in their phone books are setup in international standard, +40.XXX.XXX.XXX
Now, if I am trying to dial through our 3CX PBX the number +40.XXX.XXX.XXX I will get the error:
Call to T:Line:10000>>+40.XXX.XXX.XXX@[Dev:sip:######@11.222.33.444:5060] from L:2.1[Extn] failed, cause: Cause: 603 Declined/INVITE from 11.222.33.444:5060
If I try with 00 instead of + I get the same error:
Call to T:Line:10000>>0040.XXX.XXX.XXX@[Dev:sip:######@11.222.33.444:5060] from L:2.1[Extn] failed, cause: Cause: 603 Declined/INVITE from 11.222.33.444:5060
0040.XXX.XXX.XXX is the number I am trying to call from extension 30
11.222.33.444:5060 is the VoIP provider's server address.
If I dial without international code 0040 or +40, the call goes through.
In 3CX I allowed calls to all countries.
Now my question is: the Decline comes from our VoIP provider or from our 3CX PBX?
I ask because I want to be 100% sure it is not from our end before I contact support.
