Event log shows that manually dialing *641 (send) on the phone forces system to in office hours and phone does playback OHOVERRIDE_IN message.
Event log looks the same.

Why does manually dialing *641 playback the message but pressing the BLF key does not?
Thank you,

Follow up.
I edited the same BLF key manually on the phone using the Menu - Features - Dsskey. The setting where correct and all I did was press Save. Now when pressing the 'Day' BLF key, the message playback is heard. For testing, I had a T27G and T23G with same problem. I simply manually edited BLF and pressed Save and playback message is now heard. If the button is provisioned by 3CX then the message is not heard. If manually entered then message is heard.
I don't know how long this fix will last but receptionist is happy now.

Hello @jakthree

I think i know what the issue cause i was able to replicate the behaviour with one of my devices. In the Yealink template the pickup value for custom speed dials is not set. So if that button was previously set to a blf the value for the pickup was set. So when you reprovisioned it to a custom speed dial the value for the pickup remained. So the phone dials the custom speed dial correctly but also sends dtmf tones to the PBX which interrupts the playing of the prompt. So if you run into the issue again the easiest way to resolve it is to factory reset the phone and reprovision it.
This will be resolved in an upcoming update.
