7911/7912 with 3CX

Does anybody was able to register 7911 and 7912 with 3CX?

Any SIP compliant device can be registered with 3cx. Supported or recommended, no.

Maybe I am missing something here, but full model number would be beneficial to keep your query accurate.

I am going to make an assumption you mean Cisco phones https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/ however in this industry you should never make assumptions and always be sure.

I using Cisco 7911 and 7912 and i trying to register but without success.

You will probably have more success finding configuration files that you can edit, if you do a search, on Google, related to Asterisk....such as
