Solved Able to send SMS through Flowroute, but unable to receive.

I followed the SMS setup guide for Flowroute and am able to send text messages to phones. However when I reply from the cell phone, nothing comes through in 3CX. Messaging shows 1 message sent and delivered, but 0 failed and 0 Received. Is there a port that needs to be forwarded? I'm using the E.164 format for the phone number. i.e. +15552645555

Thanks, I looked into it and I made sure my intermediate cert was set correctly and it is valid. But it turns out the FQDN in 3CX is without the www, while my cert was with the www. I fixed that and now it works. Thanks!
