I updated everything according to the update paperwork. Then also created a new user and gave that user "system Owner" rights. Then after updating the system i am not able to access then "system user account" to activate the license. I am able to login using the "new user" but even though I made it a "system owner" it does not show the admin icon. How do I activate or access the system. I tried to go back to version 18 but it will not find the activation site.

The "system" shown as the actvated system is not "pbxqls600.X.X" but "intpbx.X.x"

Are there any network restrictions in the pbx? Did you check the login before the upgrade?

They use the web interface in the V18 everyday. I did check that I could login login on the new user that I created. That is the only "user" profile that I can log in on. None of the others are able to login.

Try to log in from a PC on the 3CX server's subnet. If console restrictions for admin access were set up, access is allowed from RFC1918 IPs by default.

What does this mean? Are you connecting to your server?

I have been trying to log in on the same subnet as the system and it still rejects the log in. When I try and go to the system using the IP I get an ssl error and it will not log me in. I am using the FQDN which sends me to the log in screen with no errors.

posted by mistake, The "system" shown as the actvated system is not "pbxqls600.X.X" but "intpbx.X.x".

Did you follow the upgrade process to v20 or just made a new install? To have a new FQDN showing, that looks like a new install rather than an upgrade.
