Add external sip account

Is there a way to add an external SIP account to the Android client? I don't see any option to add one. I would like to be able to use the 3cx PBX as well as a personal SIP account to make personal calls from the same client.

If I recall, 3cx client only works with 3cx now.

You'd have to go back to one of the older versions that wasn't tied to a particular PBX release.
