Hi,

In the new webclient, the queue name not show when contact is found in CRM (Dynamics 365 integration), here an example:

We have users in several queues, and we need to know from which queue the call has been abandoned

Regards!

There is no column for Queue Name but what you can do is prepend or append the Queue name to the Caller id with the option in Advanced >> Contacts >> Options:

That way, you'll have the Queue name in the caller ID shown on the left for each call.

Hi, i've already this option selected, if you see the image work great if the contact not exists in CRM.

But if exists in CRM, the queue name not showing.

My apologies, I missed the fact that you mentioned CRM, though, I did check and can confirm that you should see the Queue name on the left underneath. I even tested with CRM contacts:

• What exact version of the PBX are you running (check under "Dashboard >> Information >> Version")?
• Does this apply for all Queues?
• Does this apply for callers who only exist as a contact on the PBX (not in Dynamics)?

My 3CX version is the latest : 18.0 (Build 461)

Can you test with the latest version of Google Chrome in incognito mode? Do you still get the same behavior? I might also suggest testing on another PC.
