Add TTS generation of Digital Receptionist/IVR prompts

Please add an option to use TTS to generate DR/IVR prompts. The prompt script should be saved in a notes field on the DR.

It could use Microsoft Speech, Amazon Polly or similar. The volume, rate and voice should be selectable, with support for breaks, pauses and other options supported by the platform used.
