Adding Extension Rule causes major fault

When I add an externsion forward rule on a 3CX server 7.0.4708.0 running on a fresh install of XP Pro SP3 (attached to a domain) then I get an exception in .NET (Microsoft .NET Framework-version:2.0.50727.1433; WebGUI-version:2.0.50727.1433). See below

If translation is needed of the error messages then let me know

It seems like the 3CX version is v7.0.4744.0, but the odd thing is that "Server activity log" says

10:51:53.319 [CM501002]: Version: 7.0.4708.0

There was a patch for this but now that v7.1 has been released i suggest you install the new version which should have fixed the issue.
