Adding feature button on Avaya phones

Is there a way to add more than call appearances line on the deskphone?
I'd like to add for instance auto dia button or call fwd function etc...

Please note that Avaya phones aren’t supported by 3CX, so features like extra line appearances or auto-dial buttons can’t be configured reliably.

Well noted @AbdullaR_3CX, not supported won't automatically means not functional

Thus I was trying to make it work as SIP is a standard, it could be an option, I thought.
With many many legacy Avaya phones (more than 9 000), it would be great to customize a bit more with standard telephony features and keep some on the 3CX environment

I read that one too... Thanks for sharing.

I understand that no clue than "not supported" on my query

I can use those basic telephony features with dial codes... pitty to not be able to add button but as there are not supported... fair enough I will ask my user to use web page rather than legacy deskphones
