Advice for Desperate Novice

I have been asked to look at 3CX as a replacement for our failing Avaya system.
Love the idea but am not a comms guy!

Can someone recomend a gateway to use for our ISDN30 line, I realy want one with T38 support for our fax numbers too.

Problem I have is that I have no idea what I'm looking for.....

Personaly i use Welltech with experience as very stable gateways.

We only use VoIP, so i dont know much about PSTN gateways either.
Think i kick the ball out to someone else on this one... :wink:

I think you could use AudioCodes. They have the range of Products for ISDN PRI 30 channels.

I thing the model you are looking for is Mediant 1000 VoIP Media Gateway.
