after reload host system is booting back into debain no 3cx how do I start all over and remove debain?

Is this PBX Express or standard download from the 3CX site ISO?

Personally I find the easiest way to go is to just create a boot stick via Rufus and load the system from there, it's a fairly easy process: https://rufus.ie

This looks like the same error, although to solve it looks like they have deployed 3CX on top of a standard Debian Linux OS, take a look here: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/debian-install-fails-with-missing-file.62289/

Can you confirm that the platform you are trying to deploy on currently as direct internet access ?

I think you are on to something- i can hit the link from another machine therefore when I changed the IP to static I got this error.
