Agent login to multiple queues

its possible to make a blf key "Agent login/logout". If one extension is associated to 2 or more queues, will it be logged in or logged out to all of them with just one key press?

Yes. When configuring BLF keys in 3CX Management Console there is an option "Agent Login/Logout" and then you choose "OUT" or "IN". You have to make two keys one for "OUT" and one for "IN".

Caution though this works the same as the "Q" in 3CXPhone and if the agent has manually signed out of a specific queue the "IN" won't sign them back into that queue until they sign back in using 3CXPhone to that specific queue.
