I very much doubt you will find an xlm provisioning file for this phone

You will have to manually config the phone with the required details to connect to 3CX

Not familiar with this phone, so you would have to experiment and test the keys yourself. If you can program speed dial numbers, etc I do not see it being an issue

As it is 3CX unsupported phone nothing can be certain. The basic functions will surely work, but it's not so sure for advanced functions.
