Solved All Calls to a particular extension goes to voicemail.

An extension just started to forward all calls both internal and external to voicemail. The status is "available" and I removed the physical hardware from the extension, leaving the IOS app and Windows client. I regenerated the extension but calls are all still going to voicemail.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Issue resolved. The activity logs showed the extension was in DND mode even though the all other places were saying "available". Had to dial *60 to disable DND.
