Hello everyone,
I am facing a strange issue. I have 4 SIP trunks and forwarded the inbound calls of those four trunks to 4 separate extensions. But all inbound calls are going to the specific extension.
For example, 1000 is the System Owner extension. 6001, 6002 & 6003 are 3 users.
And I have 4 SIP Trunks (let's say A, X, Y, and Z). I have Routed A to 1000, X to 6001, Y to 6002, and Z to 6003. But wherever the call comes, whether A, X, Y, or Z, it goes to 1000.
I have no clue why.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Raise the verbosity of the activity log, it should show you more detail.

Are the extensions all active/available? What platform/hosting type are you using?

Do you mean to say that you have one SIP trunk with 4 DIDs?. If that is the case, then , for the trunk group, there will be a default destination, which I'm going to assume is extension 1000. If you have set up DID rules, then the numbers being sent must match the rules exactly, or you should use the wildcard. Any calls the don't match a rule will use the default destination.

As suggested, make use of the Activity Log, in Verbose, to see the DID numbers being sent by your provider, and then adjust the DID rules to match those.
