Solved Allow Download of call recording for Extensions

Hi
i have edited the rights for Extension 201 according to (pic1) (allow access to 3CX MC..., generate reports, allow downloads of call recording)
But When i login the MC using the same extension, i cant see the call recording, unless i enable "general system Administration".
the purpose of this setup is to give extension 201 the right only to create and edit extensions, generate call reports, download call recordings but restrict to access the the remaining options.
i have as well another scenario in mind where i can give extension 201 the full access to management console but restrict access to recording. unfortunately if i allow the access to MC and uncheck the Allow downloads of call recordings option, i keep seeing the recordings when i login to MC with the extension 201.
please advise!

The only way I found is to give General System Administration to see recordings, However within the Reports you can Listen and download recordings of any call, Just look for the Blue arrow within the call report, this will allow them to download that recording.

You gave rights that are delegated under reports only.

This means the user can download the recordings that are linked inside the reports.

If you want them to access the recordings directly from the management console you need to give general administration rights (which you may wish to avoid).

They can also access recordings from the webclient though, through the Access box under the extension's Provisioning tab > 3CX App

Thank You John! it works i found the link to the recording in the reports. but it is sad that 3CX till date does not have a mature user management policy for privileges over the management console. i hope they work on this soon since the product is booming!!!!
