Allow more then 1 call on single extention by ring grop in 3cx 14 sp3

Hello,

When we received called on Ext: 5001 from ring group. after then i will keep on hold the same call. After i want to revived other call from ring group on same Ext: 5001 which is not working. So can you please help me how to received call more then 1 call from ring group on same extension..

Try...Settings/Advanced/Custom Parameters . Look for ''ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP" Change from 0 to 1

I'm assuming you have a second line key to take the call, and that the extension is set to allow more than 1 call in the extension settings.
