Hi,

I have the following system Windows 2008 x64 IIS7 with mutil home nics (one internet one intranet)
I have ran appcmd config migrate "Default Web Site/management" and "Deault Web Site/myphone"

I either get the erro an error occured in IVR and I can log in from the managment console or I can restart the services/IIs and then the IVR works but I cannot log in from the console.

I got the following error in the event log:

1) I have tried adding IUSER_XXXX to the Program files (x86)\3CX Phone system with full right but it did not help.
2) Try to edit #CXIvr.cfg file to bind to theintranet nic IP but did not help either.

Could it be the problem with mutli hopme machines?

I need to find out if this system works before I buy it again...

Thanks,

Eddy

Hi,

My system using HyperV with a Windows 2008 Standard container also suffers from this problem.

Sometimes it fails then perhaps 30 minutes or so later it will suddenly work without a service restart or VPS reboot.

So far I don't get the problem on a Windows XP Pro system.

Please check the article on this link - http://wiki.3cx.com/Home/general-configuration/troubleshooting-ivr-errors - and ensure you follow the steps mentioned in this article.

Same issue when I install it with the integrated web server (no IIS)... Followed the trouble shooting guide.

Any idea? Do you need any logs?

Eddy
