We couldn't figure out the issue. The push call to 3CX app in a android phone is working if someone call with extension number (for internal call). However, call from external call and it never push to the andriod phone's 3CX app.
Have idea what cause that PUSH signal never send to 3CX app in the andriod phone when receive income call from external call?
