anonymous call not presented to extension

Hi
I have a V15 3CX, if I call to a SIP trunk and route directly to an extension and I call from anonymous number it presents the call.
But if I route that number to a digital receptionist and break out to extension from there by pressing a digit, the anonymous call fails to connect to the extension.

Any idea what could go wrong here?

Hi Johan,

Please set your logs in Verbose mode, and replicate both scenarios. You should then see in the logs what happens after the IVR.

Also what do you have set under this IVR option?

Perhaps a DTMF issue? Do all callers have the same issue, or have you tested with only one? Do you have other IVRs that work correctly?
