Solved Anonymous calls being blocked

I have a client that cannot receive calls from anonymous/withheld numbers. They have a simple set-up with one number, one ring-group, ring all phones. How can I get the PBX (v18.0 Update 5) to allow these types of calls please?

The 3CX Phone System will not block the anonymous callers, unless you set it up to block it.

What is the VoIP provider that you are using?

Have you tried to running a Wireshark capture in order to see why the call is being rejected and from where?
Are you certain that the call is being rejected from the Phone System?

Additionally, do you have any IP phones provisioned? If so, what is the brand and model and how are they provisioned?

I have found the issue now. *nonymous was set as a blacklisted number. Thanks though.
