Hello

Using the 3CX Chat Wordpress extension, is it possible to block anonymous chats?

Configured the app to ask for name + Email, and I don't know how possible but we still get some "Webvisitor" chat requests.

Also 100% of the "Call us" clicks show as anonymous.
Some people click on the button and probably get surprised that it starts to call them immediately, so they hang up, resulting in many "missed" calls/chats.
Is it possible to also ask for name+email if visitors use the "Call us" feature? This will at least reduce the amount of people clicking on the button "by mistake"

With the live chat you can disable the option to show call button unless the chat is answerd by an agent.

I did try the option and now the chat popup shows this immediately (which indeed means they should first chat, then call)
That's not exactly what I was looking for (I wanted to allow them to call without chat, but just introduce an extra step)

Also noticed there are some fake datas I've entered a while ago (fsfsd...) and they cannot be removed, the fields (name and Email) are not editable.
Probably it comes from cookies, and I know how to clear cookies but not sure all visitors knows about it (and problem could appear on shared computers with those informations being filled by default with the previous user)
