Quick question. Can someone tell me how the client/apps work? I am wondering should the 3CX hosted server gets infected, does the virus spread through the clients/apps?
Will it just stop at the server?

It's highly unlikely that a virus designed for x86/x64 Windows/Linux will be able to "spread" to ARM based devices. But I guess technically someone could write one, it's just such a small use case and would need so many factors to be broken.

First you would need the 3CX server to be compromised, which is highly unlikely.
Then you would need the virus to actually travel over the tunnel and somehow be processed by the 3CX app. Tunnel is only active during calls, so window of opportunity is short. Everything else I think uses push or the https port. Also very unlikely.
Then it would need to break out of the Android/iOS app sandboxing to actually do anything to the phone itself, which if you have an exploit for that you aren't wasting it on the small amount of 3CX users, you are selling this to some nation state.

I wouldn't worry about it.
