I have everything setup correctly. Flowroute says there are texts coming in. But I'm not seeing any activity on 3cx. Has anyone setup this successfully yet?

Hi - What url do you use when configuring the 3CX to Flowroute SMS integration. The 3CX console instructions show:

4. Go to "Preferences" > "API Control" and enable "SMS". Paste the URL from below and press “Save URL”/”Update URL”:

https://messaging.3cx.com/v1/webhook/64KSF-1VLQB-N7WGD-H9FWB-T138C/flowroute/sms/5x9an8c63wrq

How can it possibly be that each 3CX customer would configure their 3CX - Flowroute integration with this URL that simply states:
I'm a teapot

Not sure how to ask this more clearly:

WHAT URL does one use here?

Where is the mysterious URL that no one seems to be willing to identify ? I installed 3CX / Linux. Where can I find this URL? Is there a place in the Console in which I can see this URL? Where or where is this URL?

when you enable sms on the 3cx server it will generate the url you will need to use. each time you generate a new intergration it will give you a different url.

log onto your 3cx server, go to messaging (Beta) on the left side. then click add sms. from there follow the instructions.

So I'm very confused. I've created a test integration and added this URL into Flowroute and it will not work for INBOUND SMS. And the URL is very odd in that it simply publishes " I'm a teapot"

What do you mean by that?

How are your SMS DIDs configured under Messaging -> Flowroute -> Route?

Also, did you put the +prefix in front of your numbers?

What I mean is when I follow the instructions and copy that URL into a browser tab - it publishes a blank page with the text "I'm a teapot".

The numbers are in E164 format +13333334444

yes, I did +(county code) (area Code) phone number so for example +18503081004 mine is routed the the main call queue so all the members will receive it.

So what? That URL is not for you, it's for flowroute. It's a Webhook and it works through POST and not GET, so if you open it in a browser (which does a GET), you will see either a 404, 403 or a custom page dedicated for that.

Apparently, they knew that people would try it so they put a small text page saying : "I'm a teapot". It's either a joke or an insult to the people trying that lol

where are you posting that url? in flowroute?

No in a browser tab. It isn't meant for that.

He should use that URL in flowroute but something must be wrong if he's still not receiving SMS with the E164 numbers.
