Anyone get SMS to work with Flowroute?

I have everything setup correctly. Flowroute says there are texts coming in. But I'm not seeing any activity on 3cx. Has anyone setup this successfully yet?

Have you set a route for Flowroute under the Messaging tab and selected it for the extension under "Can send SMS via"? I believe the green dot only checks the if the webhook URL is working but I don't think it checks for the route. Also if you have set the route and it still doesn't work it wouldn't hurt to run the curl script for that DID in question.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have the route setup with the E.164 format pointing to my extension.

I do see the Chat icon in the pop up dialer that comes from the Google extension, but it is greyed out as well. No Chat menu in the web client like the setup docs.

Is the chat enabled in Console -> Settings -> General?

Wow, of all the things i didn't check. Inbound and outbound started flowing and the chat menu's were active everywhere.

Our experience is that if you have used other vendors with a DID like FlowSMS we can confirm you need to run this curl script from a linux terminal as the generic webhook in Flowroute preferences does not affect the DID you used with other vendors.:
