Anyone using inphonex as a VoIP provider?

We are thinking of using inphonex for some clients and I was curious if anyone here has used their service.

What do you think of the service quality?
What do you think of their customer service?
How well does it work with 3CX?

Any other information, tips etc. is appreciated.
