Anyone using Snom 720 with v16?

Hi

I have been using Snom 720 (firmware 8.7.3.19) with version 15.5 on-premises with no problems.

I have now migrated from 3CX v15.5 to v16 using the PBX Express to AWS Lighsail. I am having issues but first I want to know if anyone is successfully using Snom 720 with v16 in the cloud? If so what firmware version? I am a bit hesitant to use the latest version in case my custom template stops working.

I know that the Snom 720 is not officially supported but it wasn't under 15.5 either.

Hi,

The phone is supported (as legacy). Please follow this guide which should give you the latest firmware or update it from your management console if its already registered and provisioned ( FW 8.9.3.88 )
