If I set up an internal call forwarding to another extension via presence, the caller's number is displayed as if the user were calling directly.
Unfortunately, it is not shown that the caller originally wanted to call another user
Example - > Ext 27 has a redirection to ext 19
- > Extension 20 calls extension 27 and extension 19 sees the incoming call as a normal call from extension 20 and not as the caller trying to call 27.
What can I set so that people can see that the call is being transferred-> This would also be desirable for a group forwarding, because here the caller only sees the incoming call and not that the caller originally called an extension.
