Does anybody have an idea whether self AOC solution (Advice-of-Charge) could be implemented with 3CX ?

Some ISDN telephony providers are generating AOC info (AOC-S at call alert, AOC-D during the call and AOC-E at call end). 3CX system may receive it via Patton or Beronet VoIP gateways (according forum).

This call charging information could be made available via SIP info messages, if 3CX system, or VoIP provider is supplying it during the call.

The second question is which phones could display it (or eventually 3CX MyPhone) ?

AMI: Asterisk Manager Interface. This interface is used to generate AOC messages and listen for AOC events.

I have brief idea of Asterisk –- I was asked from a customer, whether this functionality is available on 3CX, and he referred to Asterisk.

My only idea is using 3CX CRM to write own application taking in consideration call alert, call connected and call ended events and calculating dynamically call costs. This could be OK to display status on a PC, but no idea how to propagate the cost to phones.
