API Support

We are looking to develop 3rd party integrations with 3CX and want to know if the new API V.16 is supported at all?

We have already developed a Server Side app for adding Click-to_dial to SuperOffice CRM.

We are looking to extend this development to monitor in-coming calls allowing us to popup the Company or Contact in the CRM system when a call comes in and also auto adding appointment into the users diary recording the call.

We had a few issues when doing the initial development and struggled to get support and were told that the API was not officially supported.

We wanted to know if there was official support for the new API, before investing time in the development.

No, the Call Control API isn't supported nor documented anymore. You can use the CFD for custom flows but that's it.

If you have the old API doc, then it still works anyway.

Thanks, the problem arises where we build an integration, sell it to customers and then the API stops working. We have no one to contact for assistance. This makes any sort of integration at risk of failure with no solution.
