Hi Team
Fred Posner who is heavily involved in Kamailio released APIBAN a while ago.
It is a global honeypot network of SIP servers which adds to a blacklist which can be integrated in to firewalls (iptables, nftables) or appliances like pfSense or OPNSense.
We have had great success with this on our softswitch infra as well as some other Asterisk and Freeswitch boxes.
I think that this would be super useful to have in 3CX with just a APIKEY required for use.
https://www.apiban.org/doc.html
I've had a look at this using nftables and it works well at a Debian OS level with a cron to update.
Would be even more useful hooked in to the SIP Anti-Hacking Protection in 3CX.
Thoughts?
Best,
Lance
