Hello - I have an odd issue with archive via FTP on Version 20.0 Update 1 (Build 731 Release). After setting up the Archive to our FTP server, and running the process manually, the folder is created, and then a single file is downloaded even if multiple files are selected. Manually archiving more files generates a 50023 event Directory Already Exists in 3CX on the console.

3CX reports "Recording archiving failed due to the following reason: FluentFTP.Exceptions.FtpCommandException: Code: 521 Message: "/172" Access denied - The directory may already exist at FluentFTP.FtpClient.CreateDirectory(String path, Boolean force) at _3cxFilesystemImplementations.FTP.FtpFolder.CreateSubfolder(String name) at TcxRecordings.RecordingData.Archive(Boolean justUpload) at ManagementConsoleJS.Services.RecordingsOperationsService.<>c__DisplayClass9_0.<<Archive>b__0>d.MoveNext()"

The FTP server log shows "6/28/2024 2:52:25 PM Unable to create directory 'D:\BlahBlah\172' : Cannot create a file when that file already exists."

I must be missing something simple? I think the process would see an existing directory and then start transferring the files, rather than erroring out trying to create the same folder for each download.

Hi there.
It should be some kind of permission issue for you for the specific user and group in that directory.
We have a guide that we provide that works fine if you follow it.
