Our system updated Wednesday night and we are no longer able to download our archived recordings prior to the update. The files are still in the same location they always were, so I'm not sure what happened to the connection. The error after clicking download is "STATUS_OBJECT_NAME_INVALID". Any help is appreciated.

Hi @blahoo,

What version of the PBX are you using after the update? You mentioned the recordings are still in the same location, what OS is the PBX installed on?

Version 18 Update 2 (Build 307). OS is Linux Debian

Thank you for your help

Hi @blahoo,

Just to be 100% sure, the archived files do exist in the location mentioned?

What archiving method are you using?

Are new recordings that are archived able to download or do you receive the same error?

Yes the archived files do still exist in the same location as always.
We use the "Enable Remote Archiving" method. (Screenshot attached), daily archiving.

The recordings from yesterday are able to be downloaded, but I have just noticed that only some are showing as archived.

Hi @blahoo ,

I can confirm there is an issue when archiving backups.
We are investigating this issue you are facing and I shall keep this thread updated on the progress.

We are experiencing this issue now as well after updating to V18 U2

Archived recordings cant be accessed from the 3CX management console.

It is also very inconsistent to which recordings get archived, a lot don't get archived.

Just to follow up, I can confirm that we also have this issue using both Google Buckets as well as SFTP.

Just a small update on this issue that users are having, a fix is on the way and will be released shortly.

UPDATE: A fix is included in this update.

It is in BETA still but stable so you can test it out if you want.
