Solved Archived recordings

Hi,

I know there is an issue with recordings being archived at the moment, is there an ETA on the update to fix it?

The recordings which do get archived, mostly outbound - the format of the file name has changed from having a "%" between the first and last name of the user to just have a space.

Is this change permanent?

It's in BETA but is stable and includes a fix for the above mentioned issue.
