Are PRI cards compatible in Turkey (Siemens EWSD)

Hi,

We have decided to invest on an opensource PBX system and are considering Asterisk or Elastix. Can we buy the Digium 1TE207PF and 1TE220BF cards from USA and use them in Turkey with no problems when connecting our SoftPBX to the Siemens EWSD through PRI E1 voice trunk ?

Is there any signalling etc issues that may cause trouble ?
