Yes, the converter did not send me a configuration as it did back in March when I first submitted our Askozia configuration—to acquire our license key and to test the converter. (We were not ready at the time to migrate, as I was out of the country.) I submitted our current configuration twice and received no response.
As a result, I considered that the advantages of a fresh system might outweigh those of a conversion, and I chose to rebuild the system from the ground up. My experience with that is mostly a matter for another thread in which I offer some ideas for improved installation (or migration) instructions.
(My dilemma was that all of the devices still looking for the old system were sending "invalid" requests to the new system, which reacted by blacklisting addresses on the VoIP subnet and locking the user interface for 24 hours. I should have either reset all of those devices first or installed the system to a different IP address on the VoIP subnet.)
Again, I thank you for your reply. Our site is past the need for the converter, I think, but I would be happy to use our last backup as a test. I appreciate the help!
