Received the email below. Checking User > Rights, we don't see an 'Administration' tab, as shown in the email screenshot. Have I missed something that recommends creating an 'Administration' group?
We're running v18 update 6.
Please note that the Administration tab you are seeing is the name of the extensions group "DEFAULT", which has been renamed to "Administration" in the example of the email.
You may see this on your system as DEFAULT if you have not renamed it.
It is not required to create a new group called Administration, you just need to assign a System owner, and make sure the extension you are assigning the system owner rights is in the extension group.
