Can you please advise if there is a fix for dailign form Outlook when the number is prefixed with +44 or any other international dailign code as I get call failed....

Thanks

Jeremy

when dialing ensure there is no + just 44 and that should work, you may need to look at your outbound rules.

But the numbers come from Outlook and sync to BlackBerry that needs the + to dial the number !!
That is the conflict

create a outbound rule within 3CX with a call prefix of +

set the correct route and where it says Strip Digits select 1

move the rule to the top of the list

see if that works

Also, keep in mind to check you E164 rules:

3cx Admin -> Settings -> E164 Processing

Make sure to select:
United Kingdom: +44
check - remove if same country
International Dial Code: 00
National Dial Code: 0

those settings did it for me, thus outbound rules considered irrelevant in this scenario for formatting the number.

Furthermore, a +44 rule would show up as 01144 when hitting the outbound rules.

If you require any help, message me.
