I know there are a bunch of threads about IPFlex here, but wondering what best setup would be to use IPFlex BIB SIP Trunks with a 3CX Hosted instance? I've got an Edgemarc 2900E but unclear on the best setup. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @computer123

I would recommend using one of our supported providers that are known to work with the 3CX hosted instances found here: https://www.3cx.com/partners/sip-trunks/usa/
Look for the "Hosted by 3CX Support" option and make sure its set to yes.

I would not recommend using the AT&T IPFlex with a 3CX hosted instance installation as it will complicate things and we won't be able to provide any support.

If they are delivering the trunks to the premise, keep your PBX on-prem. Once your contract is coming up, then you can break off the voice to a 3CX supported provider (I happen to know one :) ) and then you are free to move your PBX anywhere you want.
