Solved Attended Transfer via 3CX WebClient

Hi All,

Not sure if this is a bug or if I'm not doing something right.

When I am on a call and want todo an attended transfer using the webclient extension I click attendant transfer and hit the extension I want togo to. If that person does not answer then there is no way for me to grab the original call without pressing the BLF key on my physical phone.

Am I missing something or is there no way to grab a call back in this situation using the webclient?

So your primary device in the web client is set you your desk phone?

Does it let you do it if you set your primary to the web client?

i've tested from the webclient (no extension) and it shows me the two legs of the call so I know i can manage it that way.

You can end the current call to the person that did not answer, the screen should take you back to the call on hold.

Please make sure browser extension is selected in the webclient though
