Audio delay with SBC

Hi Guys,

I have my first set up with an SBC on a Pi and the customer is stating their caller is complaining of a delay hearing them.

My set up: 3CX in the cloud with on-premise SBC with 7 Fanvil handsets.

Broadband is 100d 100u. 3CX passes firewall test.

Can anyone advise?

Should I have "PBX delivers audio" for the EXT when behind an SBC?

Hi John,

i'm raising a support ticket. I managed to replicate the issue and then all EXT unregistered until i rebooted the SBC.

Another fairly simple test is to install the windows SBC on a machine that has no other tasks and see if that performs better.
