Please note that our support department is looking into this but from the information we have gathered so far is that we are not getting replies to our Invite messages for outbound calls (we don't have files for inbound calls yet).
We have also not made any changes or updates to any of our systems recently so its strange that the issue started suddenly. Another indication we have is that all affected systems are cloud based so Gammas IPs might have been blacklisted somewhere or there is general issue that is affecting some IPs.
I have just had a call with a SIP channel manager at Gamma who has provided a lot of useful information from their side. I'm not sure if you're aware but this may help you? Apologies if not but information below:

Inbound calls are not replying to the INVITE packets sent by Gamma resulting in a 504 response.

Outbound calls are connecting but a CANCEL packet is being sent immediately after the INVITE packet from the PBX.

I have wireshark analysis from multiple end-points from Gamma's end and happy to provide these on a support ticket if you need them.

So other than the one AWS report, is everyone else using Azure to host their systems.

We don't have this on any self-hosted or OVH systems.

Is the issue Azure?

Has anyone got any further with this one? Gamma have closed my ticket citing Azure as the reason (commonality between all issues raised)

Azure have confirmed that they've been having issues today. You can find further updates from their status page.

That is interesting because we have captures showing that Invites are sent and we get no reply. So it looks like the issue is somewhere in the middle. We are waiting for more files to make sure so any information you can share will help.

Our systems seem to be functioning correctly this morning. Azure Firewall issue seems to have been rectified.

That is good to see. Hopefully others have the same luck as you do.

Sorry we hijacked your post assuming it was all related.

Have you checked that you have all the necessary ports open in any firewall within AWS, paying attention to RTP ports?
