Audio issues in conference calls on dial in.

Not sure if anyone has an answer to this so here goes. One of our users has been having an issue since Tuesday where he can be heard by other users, but cannot hear them except for one other person in the conference call who is in the organizer. He is dialing into the meetings using his desk phone and this has worked fine up until this week.
