Audit - recording system

Good morning, for audit purposes, I need to have the following confirmations from 3CX.

For the accurate recording system ensure:

1- Integrity
2- Continuous operation
3- Impossibility of insertions or edits
4- Date Record
5- Start time and end time
6- Extension (or equivalent identifier)
7- User of origin and destination

Does 3CX meet these requirements? as? Could you describe the process or send a link to the documentation?

Hi Diego,

We don't provide any document for such confirmation, although we do audit the system internally as part of our ongoing security strategy.

In this case I think your auditor will probably have to evaluate the system independently according to your specific requirements.

If they have questions after that or wish to raise any issues they can contact our Data Protection Officer via Support.
